• Anyone working in film (including freelancers)
• Anyone working in the arts & culture sector (including freelancers)
• Anyone working in visual arts (including freelancers)
• Anyone working in festivals (including freelancers).
• People working in any sector in Berwick and the surrounding area. Including in arts, culture, archives, museums and third sector workers.

You can be based in the UK or working internationally.

We offer a limited number of free Press Passes.

Once you have purchased your Accreditation, you will be able to book tickets for individual screenings from Tuesday 11 February 2025 for free.

Once you have purchased your Accreditation, you will be able to book tickets for individual screenings from Tuesday 11 February 2025 for free.

1. Log into the account you created when you purchased your Accreditation.
2. Add tickets for each film you want to see to your basket.
3. When you’ve secured a seat for each screening you want to attend, head to the checkout – where the automatic reduction to £0.00 will be applied.
4. You will receive an email confirmation email from The Maltings Box Office with your e-tickets attached.

You will also be able to log in to your account and download your e-tickets via the website.

You can show up at the Maltings and present your Festival Pass to book your tickets on the day but we recommend you book tickets in advance for every screening you wish to attend during the Festival to avoid disappointment. Screenings in the Main Hall are less likely to sell out, but all other screenings in smaller theatres tend to sell out!

I made an account for a previous Festival edition, do I need to create a new one?

No, you can log in to an account from a previous Festival edition.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Yes, you can request a refund until the week before the Festival starts. Please forward your booking confirmation to info@bfmaf.org.

I am 30 years old, can I get a 30 Under 30 Accreditation?

Yes, you must be 30 years old or under at the time of purchase.

I have reserved a seat for a screening but I can no longer attend

Please forward your e-ticket and booking confirmation to info@bfmaf.org if you can no longer attend a screening you booked for. This means we will be able to re-allocate your seat to someone else.
