1. Complete the Accreditation form.
2. If you are not automatically re-directed to the next step, check your inbox for a confirmation email.
3. Follow the link to book your Complementary Accreditation.
4. Create an Account and add the relevant Pass to your basket.
5. Go to the checkout – your Pass should not cost anything.
6. You will receive a confirmation email from The Maltings Box Office.

Once you have purchased your Accreditation, you will be able to book tickets for individual screenings from Tuesday 11 February 2025.

Once you have purchased your Accreditation, you will be able to book tickets for individual screenings from Tuesday 11 February 2025 for free.

1. Log into the account you created when you purchased your Accreditation.
2. Add tickets for each film you want to see to your basket.
3. When you’ve secured a seat for each screening you want to attend, head to the checkout – where the automatic reduction to £0.00 will be applied.
4. You will receive an email confirmation email from The Maltings Box Office with your e-tickets attached.
5. You will also be able to log in to your account and download your e-tickets via the website.

You can show up at the Maltings and present your Festival Pass to book your tickets on the day but we recommend you book tickets in advance for every screening you wish to attend during the Festival to avoid disappointment. Screenings in the Main Hall are less likely to sell out, but all other screenings in smaller theatres tend to sell out!
