From an isolated lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the Shetland Islands, three opera singers and an ensemble of musicians will send out a call about love and death – for all those who care to listen.

Little Birds and a Demon broadcasts live from the remote islands of Scotland to Berwick-upon-Tweed on Saturday, 19 September at 3pm. Schwindt’s experimental opera continues as a sound installation and sculpture at the Custom House during the Festival.
