Our Call for Entries is on pause for the 2026 Festival. With a smaller programme and lower funding meaning we are working with a smaller team, we’ve made the difficult decision not to open the Call for Entries this year.

BFMAF 2026 will also be hosted at a smaller venue this year, which means that the programme will not be able to accommodate as many films as in previous years. You can read more about this here.
