How to Book your Pass
All tickets and passes are available online at bfmaf.org. Booking is quick and easy, 24 hours a day.
Our box office runs through The Maltings, our venue partner. It’s fully integrated into our site, but you might see donation prompts or receive confirmation emails from their system — including your e-tickets, which will come from tickets@maltingsberwick.co.uk.
If you’ve booked with us or The Maltings before, you can use your existing login. Need to reset your password? Reset it here.
Prefer to book in person or by phone?
Visit The Maltings box office or call 01289 330 999.
Your pass provides access to every screening and event at the Festival, you will not need to book your seat for each screening. This does not apply for Dub Epistemologies: Luton Carnival in the 2000s and the Palliative Care Workshop, which is free for passholders but requires advance booking. Booking links will be sent to Passholders in advance of the events.
Festival Pass Plus Meals
Join us for a communal evening meal on Friday and Saturday. There will be a break in Festival programming to accommodate a relaxed evening meal, with exact timings to be announced with the programme schedule. Food will be provided by a firm favourite vendor from the Berwick Food and Beer Festival, Dewa’s Sri Lankan Delights, featuring a Sri Lankan inspired menu.
Dewa will be serving up a buffet-style menu – have a look and take your pick from these delicious options when you arrive. View the BFMAF 2026 Menu as a PDF.
All mains are nut, dairy and gluten free. The menu includes sides and desert options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements.
You can add both meals to your pass during checkout. For precise instructions on how to do this, please see below.
